Mental health is an important concern. At some point everyone may experience some difficult mental health event in their life. Mental Health affects us all especially in minority communities. Unfortunately, in some instances stigma; meaning feelings that embarrass or disgrace people, stops people from getting help. Talking about our feelings is important, even when we are taught to be tough. Most of us all face challenges especially in minority communities. These experience can make mental health even more prevalent. It can be helpful to create conversations about mental health and encourage others to talk about their feelings and seek counseling especially in minority and disadvantaged communities.
